there may not be adequate light shining on the side of the computer. I believe that M$ makes SOME attempt made to avoid confusion but they need an easier-to-read and larger font. (Do zero or oh ever appear in WinXP product keys? If not I think this is M$ trying to make things easier.

All software was brought to me including the WIN98 CD and a Product Key number, however, for some reason the Product Key number will not work.
