If they downloaded the trial version then this is a retail version of Office and they need a retail product key - not an OEM product key. to Microsoft.com's backup media website) but yet the trial does not accept the key and "Convert" . Also there may not be adequate light shining on the side of the computer. I believe that M$ makes SOME attempt made to avoid confusion but they need an easier-to-read and larger font. (Do zero or oh ever appear in WinXP product keys? If not I think this is M$ trying to make things easier.

All software was brought to me including the WIN98 CD and a Product Key number, however, for some reason the Product Key number will not work.
