product key not working

Good morning I have downloaded the ISO using the alternate link and everything went fine. I also for some reason received two product keys in my e-mail. When i went to install it every went fine until i was asked for my product key. neither of them work. Is it because I didn't use their installer or because i have two keys that they are both void?

I had the same thing happen to me. If anybody has an answer I would to know as well.

i am having the same problem. not a single product key i've generated works.

I have the same problem, tried 2 keys and none of them worked. I didn't download the ISO but had someone at work download it for me. Maybe it has something todo with that.
